Purchased my daughter shoes on August 3rd. She didn't even wear the shoes until August 24th (first day of school). On the 25th she noticed a piece on the bottom was coming unglued. Went to the store to exchange and was told no, you need to contact the the manufacturer. They also said clearly your daughter did something to damage the shoes.
RecommendedClayton helped me find exactly what I needed! He was very patient with me which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend this location 👍🏼
