I’m writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced during a recent visit to your store. When I approached the cash wrap to ask for a shoe size, I noticed at least four sales associates gathered behind the counter, casually chatting. if possible, i would give them 0 stars. I was interested on a pair of shoes, so I asked for a size to purchase them. Unfortunately the lady i asked for help made a displeased and lazy face at me. As if helping me was a burden... This person's attitude has genuinely made me not want to come back to shop.
