Try to purchase a shoe online from the store, because they didn't have in stock. The sales person process the transaction as if I purchase the shoes in the store. I verify twice on the address to ship to my house. A week later I contacted the store that I haven't received the shoes. They told me that they couldn't correct over the phone or online. Really wish to leave a "no star" if I could. Went in there Sunday evening to look for shoes and as soon as I walk in, the group of employees first of all called me the N word. And then proceeded to make fun of my birkenstocks I was currently wearing . They also added that, "he ain't gonna find anything at this store for him." I did the store pick up since it was more continent. I ordered the shoes at 6am and a couple hours later received an email that my shoes were ready to be picked up. I showed up at 6pm. The superviser helped me and kept running back and forth to get my shoes. He came and told me the store never confirmed the ordered and that the shoes were sold. LIES.
