December 2025 I order a shirt and a pair of shoes. I received my package the slip in the package said shirt and shoes.I received the shoes but not the shirt.I called twice they said they will refund my money for the shirt. 2 months later they said I can't get a refund or the item.So they are able to keep the item because I never received it and my money. I will never order from their online again.
Im upset we wasted time going into this store. I don’t feel like it’s that hard of a job to do. Walked in with my son because he really wanted some Nike Jordans. He found a pair he liked on the display took it to the cashier and she just said that the ones he had picked weren’t the kids size she pointed towards the “wall with his size” we walked over found the shoes again in kids size and she again said those weren’t it.
