I was trying to get my vacations presents to my family, I was taking pictures and doing FT so my family can choose which shoes they want, the employees start looking at me, they start checking which shoes I was taking pictures, one employee stand behind me, I don’t know for what, I ask for the shoes and size I want, and surprise, for ALL the shoes I was asking, they didn’t have them. They didn’t want to sell me nothing.
So I walked in on October 1,2024 at approximately 7pm to buy my toddler some shoes we found Nike air forces on the wall. We tried on the 8c and the price said $55.00 on the tag inside the shoe. Multiple Air Force 1 shoes had this tag for the toddlers. White, black and pink and white ones. The shoe rang up for 70 dollars. I told him we tried the 8c on the wall that’s on display that’s the shoe I would like to buy the price is 55 he said no its ringing up 70.00 someone made a mistake and put the wrong tag. I was excited coming back here to buy 2 pair of shoes. Customer service sucks. I asked for two new ones not the ones on display and they didn’t tell me they didn’t have available on size. They didn’t offer to do an online order. Jaclyn at the register was very unfriendly and seems to be in bad mood. She tried to sneak in the ones on display thought I wouldn’t see it.
