Was not welcomed by staff upon arrival. Stood at counter looking for help was not acknowledged by staff (5 employees and an assistant manager) standing behind said counter. “No offense but we are really busy” is not an appropriate response for a customer looking for help. Assistant manager was indifferent about the lack of customer service. Store manager was a little better but overall could have been handled differently. Hopefully my next visit will be much more pleasant. This was the location inside LA PLAZA MALL.
