I walked into the store, and was immediately greated by the employees working on the floor. I got my size without any problems and went to go check out. As soon as I got to the register I was getting checked out by the manager instead of the employee who helped me. I immediately noticed a reeking smell of weed coming off of her. The location within the Sunset Mall is horrible. Employees have attitudes and poor customer service. They hold shoes for who they want to save them for and the raffles are the same way. There isn’t any competition other than Hibbets who has a worse selection of shoes and clothes. Crazy thing is that nothing will happen to resolve the issues. They don’t lace shoes for customer try-ons and withhold shoe sizes when asked. Horrible all around.
Awful experience!! The wife and I were out shopping for new shoes and clothes. We walk into Finish Line and there was about three employees working and one other customer shopping. One was stocking shoes right in front of the entrance. I know she at least saw us but no one greeted us. That was already a red flag. We were in there for 5-7 minutes and still no one came up to us and asked if we needed assistance, which is another red flag. Horrible experience , cashiers rude and not helpful AT ALL. NEVER shopping there again.
Super nice staff and fairly simple return policy.
