I had a very disappointing experience at this store. We were ready to make a purchase, but the process just to try on a pair of shoes was extremely frustrating. The customer service was poor overall, and the employee assisting us seemed very disorganized. He repeatedly forgot which shoes we asked to try on, which made the experience unnecessarily time consuming and unpleasant. Unfortunately, this lack of attention and service cost them a sale.
