Edit to say that I got in touch with the manager (Dee) in person and she resolved my issue in just a few minutes and restored my faith in the company. I had bought a pair of Nike AirMax Moc2 shoes in black. I had no issues, until the bubble in one shoe popped. I took the shoes back to the store, as I had Bought them there.
