Went to go return a pair of shoes I purchased 2 weeks ago at my local store. Manager told me he couldn't return them as I am sorry I cannot take your return our store is negative today if you want to hang around and see if we do sales then maybe I can take your return. If you want you can go to a different store to return it. THIS is customer service?! I have 3 children I will never, ever purchase from your company again. Just lost a long time customer.

So I always purchase my shoes from Finish Line, but after today’s “customer service” at the Westshore Mall location I will probably re-think this loyalty. I only wear adidas shoes. I tried on the Swift Runs and loved them but wanted to try on a smaller size to be sure which size to get.
