I had a very disappointing experience at the JD Sports store in Aurora Outlet. The staff did not allow me to try on my size, even though I was ready to buy the item. Customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Because of this experience, I do not plan to shop there again.
Very poor customer service, got a shoe to try on but needed a different size. They never came back to check on us. When I asked another staff member for a different size they took the shoe and didn't come back. Hire people who want to actually help people.
Not too many options
Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes, but they gave me the wrong size. Today I went back to exchange them for a larger size, but the store staff refused to do so.
Extremely rude staff. Including the management
