visited on February 16, everyone who worked there was very rude and said that the fitting room was closed, it was 5 o'clock in the evening! I do not recommend! I traveled so far on purpose, but I am upset
I want to give a shout out to Arleth. Because of her we left w 5 items instead of 4. My son wanted a specific hoodie , we did not see his size on the rack plus it was hung up kinda high. We asked the nearest employee if they had his size in stock. She did not even bother to check and had a whole attitude like we were bothering her. Came in today for a pick up because my daughter got a notification it was ready. I come to the store and wait about 5 minutes before they told me it’s not ready. I came in at 12:30 about 5 other ppl shopping. There were 3 employees at the register and nobody was checking out. I had an employee tell me that I had to wait 20-30 minutes for one shoe because they are waiting for another team member to come in.
