Very poor customer service, got a shoe to try on but needed a different size. They never came back to check on us. When I asked another staff member for a different size they took the shoe and didn't come back. Hire people who want to actually help people.
Not too many options
Yesterday I bought a pair of shoes, but they gave me the wrong size. Today I went back to exchange them for a larger size, but the store staff refused to do so.
Extremely rude staff. Including the management
Staff is really rude and don’t seem to want to help at all, no one comes up to ask if I need help and I was waiting 15 minutes for shoes and then it turns out they didn’t even put them on for someone to get them. To add on, they don’t even let you try on both shoes. Every other JD I’ve gone too does but this location says it’s because of policy.
