Extremely rude staff. Including the management
Staff is really rude and don’t seem to want to help at all, no one comes up to ask if I need help and I was waiting 15 minutes for shoes and then it turns out they didn’t even put them on for someone to get them. To add on, they don’t even let you try on both shoes. Every other JD I’ve gone too does but this location says it’s because of policy. Customer service is just horrible my order got dropped off at the wrong place been calling for days waiting more than an hour to speak with somebody either English or Spanish and they never answered the phone even tho the waiting time was from 10 to 15 minutes I’m still trying to figure out what to do with my order!!!!!!! My last order from finish line for sure!
