Jana was the best! She directed me to the shoes I was looking for & also they didn’t have a size in one of the pairs but she ended up ordering the shoes for me with FREE SHIPPING! I ended up buying two pairs of shoes from her! Definitely will come back to shop from her! Mall is dead but finish line has welcoming smiles and music turnt up!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience at this Finish Line. The staff, Jerman and Jaz helped my wife order a pair of reeboks that she saw online…but didn’t have in store. Jerman helped us right away and the manager Jaz was sweet and patient. It’s not often you get service like that these days…we really appreciated their help and we’ll definitely shop here again. The shoes came in within a few days and my wife loves them!
Went here today to get our two kids a pair of sneakers. The one wanted the 740 NB for my granddaughter and a pair of Nikes for our son. The NB were a 51/2 and they said they only had the pair in the back and the display. When she came out with the one from the back, we noticed it was dirty right away! Some brown smudges even on the laces. So we said let's have the display ones.
