Completely unacceptable experience at Finish Line. My mom attempted to return a pair of shoes purchased as a Christmas gift for her nephew. The shoes were only opened on Christmas Day and have never been worn. Yet the staff claimed they were “used” and refused the return. I would love to know how they could possibly be “worn” when they were taken straight from the box and put right back. There were no signs of wear because there was no wear. Jana was the best! She directed me to the shoes I was looking for & also they didn’t have a size in one of the pairs but she ended up ordering the shoes for me with FREE SHIPPING! I ended up buying two pairs of shoes from her! Definitely will come back to shop from her! Mall is dead but finish line has welcoming smiles and music turnt up!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience at this Finish Line. The staff, Jerman and Jaz helped my wife order a pair of reeboks that she saw online…but didn’t have in store. Jerman helped us right away and the manager Jaz was sweet and patient. It’s not often you get service like that these days…we really appreciated their help and we’ll definitely shop here again. The shoes came in within a few days and my wife loves them!
Went here today to get our two kids a pair of sneakers. The one wanted the 740 NB for my granddaughter and a pair of Nikes for our son. The NB were a 51/2 and they said they only had the pair in the back and the display. When she came out with the one from the back, we noticed it was dirty right away!
