I recently visited the Finish Line/JD Sports in Leominster, MA, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I was not greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assistance by the staff. As a customer, I expect at the very least a simple “hello” or an offer of help, but I was completely ignored. This Finish Line location is ran by teens/young adults with no social skills which in turn makes the customer experience dreadful to say the least. I walked into the store and saw customers browsing but no obvious sales reps interacting with them. I respectfully asked the teen girl at the register if other associates were available to help.
