This place sucks! Everytime I come here for shoe releases they say they're sold out or raffled off but then the EMPLOYEES flaunt them afterwards. This finish Line keeps the shoes for the employees and the manager is in on it.
Walked around the store for 15 minutes no help and no customers. 3 employees doing nothing but gossiping. Not one acknowledged me.
Nothing specific for Arrowhead, this is regarding when ordering online. DO NOT DO IT! They send you return shoes. ORDER FROM THE NIKE SITE. You then have to send the shoes back wait for them to be inspected then your shoes are resent. So roughly a 3wk to a month process to get the shoes back in my hand. Just don't do it
Ordered a pair of air max 95 online. They came in just one day of shipping though when they arrived they were dirty. Bottom of the sole had dirt all over, toe of the shoe had a scuff on them. And dirt marks all over the bottom sides, and inside of the shoe . And to top it off, it’s an all white sneaker to begin with. Looks like someone wore them and returned them then shipped to me. Not sure I will be buying shoes from finish line again.
Very rude staff 15 minutes before closing time did not let me in however let a person right in front of me in.
