Great and friendly to work with.
Small selection of tops (jackets, crop tops, shirts) and sweats. I wish they had more assortment to choose from. There was also a small variety of shoes along the walls and shelves- similarly wished there to be more variety. Store itself is clean and things were easy to find. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.
Never order shoes from Finishline. Absolute worst customer service you can think of. Had order processing for a week. Finally, called in and they said its out of stock. While on the phone, I check their website...it still shows in stock. If I didn't call in, how long would I have had to wait? All the marketing ads they have on Facebook are a scam. Nothing is ever as it seems with this company. Take your business ANYWHERE ELSE.
Not really trying to hate, but there was a lot of employees just kind of chattering standing around when I needed help. They were checking out people really slowly when when I was standing in line to ask a question about a shoe. A little like high School socializing with a tiny bit of work mixed in
