I went to the Wesley Chapel Finish Line store and they charged me 39.99 each for two pair of kid shoes that were marked as 31.99. Shame on me for not noticing until after I paid. Paul Claimed that 39.99 was the "real" price and the manager would not lower it. That sounds a lot like I was asking them to do me a favor, which I wasn't. I will not go back.
First time and last time I purchase at this location. I placed an order online to be picked up at the store. When I called the store to verify my order and to see if it was ready for pickup, the associate (Ericka) came on the phone and told me that Finishline did not offer instore pickup because if you order online they ship to your house. She also stated she knew nothing of my order and was incredibly rude about the situation.
