Ordered shoes. We were told they were in. We we went to pick up they couldn't find them - stated "we'd have to look through 50 boxes to find them". So instead they sold us shoes for more $ with no offer to even match the price we had paid for the original shoes. Terrible process and service. Will never shop there again. With the prices they charge expect much better service.
Worst customer service ever twice in a row! Done going there...
