Ordered shoes. We were told they were in. We we went to pick up they couldn't find them - stated "we'd have to look through 50 boxes to find them". So instead they sold us shoes for more $ with no offer to even match the price we had paid for the original shoes. Terrible process and service. Will never shop there again. With the prices they charge expect much better service.

Nice selection of athletic apparel The Finish Line has a nice selection of athletic apparel and shoes. I can almost always find something there that I have to have! The prices are comparable to any other athletic store that is similar. They do have good sales and promotions as well. They are conveniently located on Oneida Street whcih is close to all of the other stores so you do not have to go out of your way to get there. The sales associates are always very helpful in assiting me in finding what I need.
