This store has many options but the staff could be more friendly and welcoming
I will NEVER walk in one of these stores again. Period. I bought a pair of shoes in person. Bought another pair online for in store pick up. (8/16)They acknowledged the order. Then today email says we had to cancel your order. No reason why. I call customer care. Was waiting almost 20 minutes and Noone ever answered. I call the store as checking my order online says was completed and how much my card was charged Tyrone answers and that was so unprofessional he wasn't paying attention to me at all.
