I was not greeted when I entered the store, nor was the gentleman that walked in moments behind me. We both browsed different areas of the store and neither employee asked if we needed help. They continued with their conversation as if they were on break. Just as I was about to ask for help, there was a group of about 3-4 people that walked in. Both employees greeted them and asked if they needed help finding something. I felt that my business was not wanted so I went next door to FootAction and purchased shoes.
