From the first phone call with Julie, this whole experience was easy. I felt listened to, all my questions were answered in such detail, over text and Teams calls - so easy to communicate. When it came to buying the car, Julie took control of the dealership and made sure we go the best deal we could.
We approached Fingo for a novated lease service on a car and worked with Veronica Burrows, a consultant at Fingo. From day one, Veronica was proactive, guiding us through the process and helping us understand the financial aspects of a novated lease. Since the concept was new to us, we naturally had many questions, but Veronica patiently explained every detail, which made the entire journey reassuring and stress-free. I recently undertook a novated lease with Fingo. Nick was fantastic and I’m happy to give these guys 5 stars. I had a slightly more complicated situation being self employed through my own company. That plus it being my first novated lease meant I had a lot of questions. Nick invested a lot of time explaining the ins and outs with me, and then after I’d committed, he helped me expedite the approvals and paperwork so I could get into a new car in time. Really happy with this service end to end, happy to recommend
