I had a bunch of questions before the car I was after became available for order, then 7 months between order date and delivery from the dealer. Gehan & Alistair were excellent! Made everything simple, responded to all my questions over the 7-month wait for the dealer to get the delivery of cars. They were familiar with me and my order through the dealer every time we spoke, treated me like a person who they knew and not just a random customer. 100% would recommend.
Dan our representative from Fingo was not only polite and friendly but extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our novated lease. Ours was a lengthy process due to car preorder and strikes at the Australian ports, but Fingo was ready to go when we needed and always available by phone. We will be using Fingo again for our next Lease
Dan H is an absolute legend in the NL space. I spoke to multiple NL providers and off the mark, Dan was so helpful, offered great finance, and has been absolutely outstanding with his support through the entire process. Can't recommend Fingo highly enough, Dan in particular.
