The surgeon, Dr. Weiss, is awesome and supportive. The reason for 3 stars is the staff. The receptionist is unfocused to put it nicely. The nutritionists were no help at all, in my experience. Perhaps it was because the one I usually saw would never wear her mask properly. She was constantly pulling it away from her face to talk, and always had it below her nose.
