I would definitely not recommend based upon my experience. Communication from the broker was poor and lots of issues arising as a result of the poor communication and poor follow up. Specific arrangements were made at the time of securing the mortgage and when it was discovered that the arrangements were not followed, it became a mad scramble and the broker was of little assistance. My wife and I will definitely not be returning clients.
