I would definitely not recommend based upon my experience. Communication from the broker was poor and lots of issues arising as a result of the poor communication and poor follow up. Specific arrangements were made at the time of securing the mortgage and when it was discovered that the arrangements were not followed, it became a mad scramble and the broker was of little assistance. My wife and I will definitely not be returning clients.

I know we were prob difficult clients-we were first timehome buyers, it was literally during the height of the real estate boom AND we didn't even have an agent..it was so difficult to learn everything! They helped us make it happen. So incredibly grateful for their hard work.
