I hired Finest Fellas Moving Company after lots of research because they said they have been in the moving business for decades and are family owned and operated. I was reassured several times on the phone they aren't brokers, only to find out on the day of the move and unbranded truck 6 hours after the pickup time. They came with very much not Italian family members like they made it seem (non english speaking outsourced folks).
