Late Dec2024 Labelled as a store for housewares and the kitchen, it is currently more like a luxury boutique with a small corner for womens' apparel as well as home goods.

Received a book for Christmas but was unfortunately damaged. Finesse was responsive in sending a replacement once I sent the damaged book back to them. Unfortunately, the replacement was also damaged but now they won't respond to emails, phone calls or instagram messages. I guess I'll just have to keep the damaged book? They clearly do not use enough packing materials to protect a book in transit- one sheet of thin bubble wrap doesn't keep corners in good shape.
