Came into this store looking for accent chairs for our living room. Found a chair we liked, and Leah was able to help us order them in in the colour and material we liked. She kept us updated regarding the shipment and arrival. The chairs are perfect for our space and comfortable. for the price point, I would go here again.
Had a delivery of a king size bed and 2 end tables by 2 great guys Garret and Baker. Job was clean, tidy and professional. We moved in to a new how and the movers broke the connection to a sectional we bought from Finesse 15 years ago. Garret was very knowledgeable and helped me fix the issue. Fantastic!!
I had the pleasure of visiting the Finesse outlet store recently and was impressed with the selection and quality of the furniture. I was torn between two pieces and with Leah’s help was able to select the perfect piece for my room. As we from out of town we were pleased with the pick up and noted the piece was well wrapped for our trip home. I would highly recommend a visit if you in the market for anything from a sofa to wall art.
I fell in love with my friends sectional and she told me it was from Finesse on the west end. I started looking online and went in and the staff are all very sweet, kind, and amazing! Kal and Jadra helped me with various ideas for placement to meet my limited space and measurements. The whole team over there was supportive of one another and very helpful which is wonderful to see.
