I fell in love with my friends sectional and she told me it was from Finesse on the west end. I started looking online and went in and the staff are all very sweet, kind, and amazing! Wow!!!!customer service at its finest. From assistance in ordering right down to keeping me informed as to when the console would arrive to loading it for us Jadra and her team especially Brayden were wonderful. Jadra was extremely helpful, in every aspect of my purchase, right down to calling me the next day to make sure I got it home ok. They cared about my business. Way to go Finesse!

I bought furniture for my RV. It took several visits to be sure my measurements were good as there is limited space. I was always greeted immediately and helped with any questions. One part of my order was filled almost immediately but the second was on order. I was kept informed as to delivery time. The delivery was done with such precision and everything was checked to be sure recliner worked, as well as placed in suitable position to accommodate the distance of the recline position.
