They don't answer the phones and they treat you like trash when you go in. We ended up buying a full livingroom set from Sue at Sofa Land. She was amazing. Treated us with respect and kindness and was prompt to return calls and texts. Not a single person at Finesse was enjoyable to talk to and we spoke to about three or four employees there. We do not recommend. I can see why they're going bankrupt.
Got a new Sofa here to replace our double the price European back-wrecker of a sofa. Sherri's service was so efficient/knowledgeable and fastest responses I've ever seen to texts. Will buy here again in a heartbeat. Came back 4 years later and was another pleasure dealing with Sherri. Couldn’t be happier with our new Stickley bookcase and other pieces! Delivery guys Baker and Garrett were also very professional. Favourite place in town to shop for quality furniture
We recently purchased our living room furniture from Finesse. Sherri was so helpful from start to finish. She assisted us with finding the perfect furniture, gave us honest lead times (that we were so excited when it arrived earlier than expected!) and kept us regularly updated with delivery options. In addition the delivery team were exceptional. They took great care of the furniture and the walls in our narrow hallway.
