Disorganized, bad communication, and practices. I used them last year, they took my payment info to pay what I owed on my taxes, then never paid it. I got to pay what I owed this year and a year of interest!! Terrible, don't use their service.
Pam took me in last minute before the tax deadline as the tax person I was working with did not return phone calls or emails with my information. And even got me a tax return when I thought I had to pay! I am super grateful for both her and Josh, and I’m looking forward to working with them more in the future!
