Because I live in Oregon, I ordered 4 white wines online to be delivered to a nearby relative in Tudor City. Their website was descriptive and easy to navigate. The delivery the next day was flawless. A very good experience, I'll order from here again !

A few weeks ago, I bought two expensive bottles of wine that were recommended to me by the store staff. Unfortunately, one was bad. I tried to return it, with the bottle in hand and asked the manager to taste it, but she refused. but because I paid cash and did not have a receipt they did not accept an exchange, even though I am a neighborhood customer I do not think that is good customer service and I’m very disappointed.
