One of the worst places for appliance repair in Houston
Good luck getting an appointment. They will hopefully answer their phone, but then tell you that they're too busy to help you. I called at 9:15am (15 mins after opening), they took my name and number to call me back because they were "really busy". I called again at 4:45pm (no return call throughout the day) and when I tried to make an appointment this time, they said they needed to call back another customer. I'm not sure which customers they have because their scheduler doesn't seem to want to book anyone. Look elsewhere.
Great attention to detail. Both repair and install sides are professional!
Updated: expensive but the second time around, they came through.
