Coach Dr Bobby is amazing! Before working with him I couldn’t run 6 miles without significant knee pain. With his help, I just completed a half Ironman with minimal pain. Highly recommend FTP!

I recently had an incredible experience. My shoulder was bothering me to the point where it was getting in the way of my day to day life, not just exercising. Bobby did a great job of diagnosing the problem and giving me exercises to improve. In just over a month of doing those movements, I am back to normal! Would highly recommend.
I have been seeing Bobby consistently since last fall when I had some hip pain while training for a marathon. Bobby has a whole body approach and did a full analysis to narrow down the cause (IT band) and I was back to running relatively quickly. I’ve been seeing him regularly since then for run analysis, injury prevention, and recovery sessions. I’ve been to many practitioners over the years and Bobby’s care and approach is the best I’ve ever experienced.
