Customer service is not good! It took us a lot time to get the reply for each movement. We have waited more than two weeks since the returned products delivered without any updates!!!
People are friendly. Unloaded me fast. You can park overnight by dock.

While responsive - customer service and issue diagnosis is lacking. I spent $50 only to find out that the part was incorrectly assessed by their team and they would not refund/return the item.
