Bought a Sumiko cartridge from a different country, it was broken but the US distributor fine sounds americas sent a new one. Pretty good customer service
While responsive - customer service and issue diagnosis is lacking. I spent $50 only to find out that the part was incorrectly assessed by their team and they would not refund/return the item.
Pro-ject audio relies on this company to handle questions about it's products from the americas.If you have a Pro-ject audio equipment in the americas you will need to use Fine Sounds as your point of contact. I have reached out several times over the last few months for help getting replacement parts and never got any reply. My turntable is now an expensive brick. Pro-ject needs to stop using this company.
