Great selection, good prices and helpful sales staff. Our salesperson, Pris, pointed us towards the chairs we were interested in, provided all the information we needed to make the right choice and made completing our transaction easy. After repeatedly failing to properly deliver the product we ordered, I contacted the store, and manager Ken Walker was the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with in customer service. He showed zero concern for the customers experience, and felt it necessary to instead repeat how long he has been in the business. This experience has been a complete and utter disaster & I will never be buying furniture from Macy's again.
