Always great service and prices
We love our new chairs. The purchasing process was good, Kim was helpful and polite. No five star review due to the ridiculous delivery fee of $135.00. They did not call the day prior to confirm a delivery window, nor the delivery day. I had to call. Dear Macy’s leadership, if you’re going to offer a service called “white gloves delivery” then make it such. Just build the delivery fee into your pricing, since pick up is not an option.
