My experience with the attorney that is assigned to my workers comp case has been a total disaster. She is out of Newburgh. This attorney has refused to make phone calls and rectify the workers comp mess ( the appeal got denied to have my right shoulder surgery) and a falsified IME Report. I had to make the phone calls, write the board and force this horrible insurance company to tell me what was going on and why a second IME was scheduled, then cancelled.The excuse was the case is in litigation.
