Baha is a great sales person. He works hard to make you happy even if you made mistakes on choosing furniture or fabrics. I will purchase all of my furniture with Baha. I had issues with other furniture stores and your store is a breath of fresh air!
Wow ,bad products look like there falling apart and less than 6 months old, I think I should have went to big lots for this kind of crap! Inspect every inch,never buy what's on the floor if it's has electric parts unless they plug in for you. We purchased a sofa a few months ago from the Reynoldsburg location and it was the absolute best furniture shopping experience we’ve had!! Our sales person Baha was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable, patient, respectful, friendly and helpful. Everything from the upholstery choice, cushion details etc. was handled so well. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic and the delivery was very smooth and professionally managed.
