See response from Owner BEFORE swiping your card!! After being charged twice and going to the ATM after “ a timed out debit transaction” TWO settled-posted transactions settled in my account. Attached! Ashley ( assuming she is the manager) has no issue communicating how the customer is at fault, the processor is at fault and we are to deal with it ourselves!
