I have been to the showroom sales several times and have bought items at auction. This past showroom sale on 8/9 was lackluster and the staff did not make me feel welcome. I was putting a basket bag at the front as I had already walked around and not found what I wanted to buy. The woman working the register asked that I leave my bag at the front desk (there is a sign indicating backpacks are to be left there). A great place to find an item that you have wanting a long time. It is also a great place to find something that you didn't know that you wanted until you spotted it at the 502 Irwin sale. I have personally have found many treasures that I have come across at their biweekly sales. Highly recommend. They have an awesome staff to boot.

As a seller of items, the communication has been horrible. They took several items and then there was no communication. I just received a check for a rug of mine they sold. The rug sold on 10/4/25 and the check was dated 2/8/26. Four months to pay the seller?
