Popped in as I needed to exchange clothes for another size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to assist. Store is beautiful, with beautiful clothes. Wish they were in Sydney.
Great quality clothing and homewares and excellent customer service with fast response times and very friendly staff.
I ordered a number of items online, order number FDAU19491. And received the silk eye mask which I had purchased for a gift packed in a pillow slip box with a note on the front explaining that due to the box being damaged they had put it in a pillow slip box. I had paid full price for the eye mask ($60) other than a small $15 discount applied to the whole order (bought a few other things too).
