Don't expect basic customer service and good business practice from this brand! They only want to offload their excess stock from previous seasons with no exchange/ returns for sizing change. Plus they are now charging $10 for shipping, regardless of order amount, used to be free for $100+. Been a loyal customer and fan. No more. They don't care about customers. They act like cheap overseas clothing brands that just offloads stocks. So disappointed and will not recommend Fine Day's customer service.
Love the products here and the service too, especially from Barb! She is the kindest person I've ever come across. So genuine and helpful. Definitely an asset to the company!
