Quality, value and kindness. I purchased a marble bench that had a velvet cushion that was a poor match for the bench. I engaged Kathy to reupholster the velvet cushion with black leather and to create stitching across the length of the cushion. I attended at her store and she patiently walked me through the options, provided me samples to take home and test out with my home lighting.
