Wow, what an amazing experience! I i’ve never ever done a water coloring painting before. Kristi did a great step-by-step explanation to help me and everyone else feel successful. It was so fun that everyone’s came out so different but so beautiful. Just found out she also has a YouTube channel where she does live lessons.
I took my first ever watercolor class with Kristi and I really enjoyed it. I usually get really nervous trying a new creative project. Kristi is such a good instructor ... she gives clear guidance and reminds the class regularly to "just have fun". Because of this, I just let myself relax more and didn't have major expectations of my first watercolor project. I will definitely take more of her classes in the future!
I had so much fun water painting with Kristi today. She has such a relaxing approach and really helped me feel excited about painting. I haven’t done anything artistic since high school so I felt like a fish out of water. She explained things so well and I never felt lost or unsure. She also gave us all the grace to just play and have fun. Today made me smile. I made a seahorse and felt pretty darn proud of it - even named her Millie.
