When I moved out of our flat, Cristian and Helen, whom I had good relations with until then, turned out to be despicable and dishonest. These two people are not on the side of the tenants and are mostly after the money. When giving back your flat, make sure you know the law when it comes to the deposit, because they will not give you notice of what they will take from it, and won't ask for your permission. Findlay recently helped us with the sale of our flat and I would highly recommend them, particularly Jack Abel. We originally contacted Jack years before we sold the flat, but unfortunately we were unable to sell due to cladding issues. Jack stayed in touch for about 2 years with regular advice and market information, until the work needed was successfully completed.
