I was not happy with the cost of service so decided to move my funds to another organization. Request to release went in and was accepted at the end of March. It is now June 4, 2025 and they are still refusing to release any of my funds until all are sold. Over two months of frozen assets, two written complaints and still refusing to release. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Stay away from this lot. Bad news and double talk.
I only deal with three people at Findex Mieka Decker Lee Chew and Matthew Parrella. They are simply excellent at what they do. Ted S
Hi we run a dental lab in Melbourne and had a very very poor experience with Findex R &D team. Their ability to understand the nature of our business and our growth was terrible. Instead of trying to assist our needs they delayed and avoided responding to our requests. This is the first time I have ever used Google review but I am so ANGRY by their conduct and not bothering to call me back last year only to ask for funds today on work not completed that I thought it was important to warn other businesses!……..
