I've dealt with Findex in one guise or another for 30 years and what I appreciate about this business is the consistency of high standards over that time. What proves the strengths of an organisation for me is when a current employee moves on, as happens, and the replacement employee steps in and business goes on without missing a beat, a seamless changeover.
Been two months on the 5 of November since you did mine where's my return oh that's right you forgot to lodge it,charge me full amount for service and I won't be back
Unprofessional and incompetent is the best way to describe this company 9 weeks and my return had not been filed no contact from them regarding this i found out through another agency that it had not been filed after i contacted them all i got was im sorry what a joke and they still want to charge me
My late husband and I have used this business since the 1980's. There has been several changes to the business name and staff during that time. But the one thing that has never changed is the service. Granted they may be a bit on the expensive side compared to some other accountants, but you get what you pay for. I now do a phone consult which saves me a 100km round trip, time, fuel and parking fees. Great reception staff. A very accommodating business.
