Great bloke who does the tax returns, been here the last 2 years really helped me out
Very poor service
Will not use ever again. Failed on many levels and I was the one who had to point out their mistake and get it fixed myself. Very poor.
Great team at affordable fees
Hopeless. 2 years in a row stuffed up our tax returns. 1st year put monthly deductions through as a 1 off. Doest understand that monthly deductions are 12 a year. $225 in deductions not claimed. Then had to continually contact them to ask where my tax return was. Received it 2 weeks after it was processed on the ATO site. That year also over estimated mt partners return by $3000.
