First class service. Highly knowledgable in all financial matters. Also have a lot of experience dealing with Centrelink which can be very useful. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. Would not use any other company for financial advice. Highly reommended.
Disappointed in the lack of response from Findex Brisbane regarding assistance in a payment dispute with their builder, A & O Projects (Koul Group Pty Ltd). Despite repeated requests from our legal team, Findex declined to engage in any dialogue or offer insight after the builder they engaged failed to pay us for completed work. This has left us pursuing costly legal action to recover overdue payments.
