Eleonor at Finders keepers has been amazing. She has been so efficient and helped every step of the way in finding lovely student accommodation for my daughter and her friends in what can be a stressful time. In response to your reply, I wanted to reinforce that my family member did not "shout" on the phone. While he was on the phone there were witnesses to the call who all stated he simply questioned her morals in a very calm manner. I am appalled that he is being accused of this. Whilst on the call, the manager was backtracking and changing her story, stating that we were not told that we had to put a deposit down before viewing the property. Ridiculous that university students are feeling the need to camp outside this letting agency for 24 hours if not more in the late days of November when temperatures were 2 degrees. An email was sent stating “we will be launching our properties” on a specific date. Unfortunately, there were no additional properties released which left many students without a house even after they had spent their night camping out on the street. Negligent and lack of safety 3 years of living in the uk and I’ve never come across any letting agents as dysfunctional as this this agency. Our letting agent Hannah managed to mess up our rents and got us paying more rent then we were verbally told. Gave our keys to the cleaners and handy men and asked them to let themselves in without giving us a heads up. Honestly wouldn’t bother wasting time with this agency. Save yourself your energy time and money and look for other letting agents
