If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would. A little backstory...I have never had to prepare a kid for prom before, and I never had a prom myself, so I was completely unaware of many aspects of the process of prom dress shopping. Used to be the place to go to buy vintage jewelry. That is no longer the case.

Just dont. Resist the urge to purchase anything. I was bleeding and scratched after 1 hour of wear on a $600 dress. There manufacturer installed the boning upside down and it cut through the fabric. I gave Finders Keepers there opportunity to make it right but as I had the dress altered on the bottom, no where near the boning they said no and wouldn't speak to me after that despite efforts.

We went there to buy a prom dress for our grand daughter. At first the young lady was helping my granddaughter then some one else came in the shop and couldn't get the young ladies attention. She became rude and didn't care that my grand daughter was there. The dress was 249.00 and shoes where 69.00. You would think that if your sending that kind of money on a dress you would get better service.
