I recently joined Find Your Wae and I absolutely love it! I've finally found my yoga studio. The instructors, Bernadette, Kate, Taren, and Meg, are so warm and welcoming (and so much fun!). The studio is clean, open, and decorated beautifully and provides a calming and relaxing place to get a way for a while. The classes are energetic and challenging (you'll sweat) while providing the spiritual and mediative side of yoga. I love that they offer classes with weight training integrated with yoga.
