I was given Natasha’s phone number by someone I know who had visited her. I had tried so many things to get my anxiety under control in the past and thought why not give it a go. Well, this was the best decision I have ever made. After my first session with Natasha, I felt the nervousness in the pit of my stomach lift and I felt a calmness come over me. I cannot recommend Natasha highly enough. Right from the beginning there was a noticeable difference. I had never thought of hypnotherapy as a treatment for anxiety & stress but on my partners recommmendation I made an appointment. Thank you Natasha for your help, understanding and great work. Very professional, warm and inviting it is a field we have had nothing to do with before so we were nervous. My son has grown internal strength and when he goes back to negative mind set I can say what about the positive outcome and relate it to what your Hypnotherapy has taught you to find. It has given me another angle to build hope and positive minds in my son. He has something to believe in and focus on.
