Their so-called customer service leaves much to be desired. I paid $50.00 for a pair of slip-on sandals 4 months ago and one of them has delaminated. Took them back to the store and they informed me of their "policy" that they don't accept returns after 30 days. I asked the sales clerk if she thought it was reasonable that a pair of $50 sandals should only last 4 months and she simply repeated their "policy" and said the only thing she could do would be to sell me another pair with a 10% discount. cute store, but let's face it, u can go to any touristy area n see a store like this. My 1 star is for one thing and one thing only... the prices.....$20.75 for 1 pair of socks.. regardless of how witty the design or saying, that s ridiculous! These types of stores act like these socks are one of kind and they are not, u can get them anywhere which means they are mass produced and shouldn't cost so much.
If your into witty puns and like eccentric sock this is the spot for you. Everywhere I looked had me laughing from the hilarious phrases on the socks. Sunglasses are buy two get one free and I believe they where all $10 a piece. They have a good selection of bug jewelry as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh and if your a sports fan thermostat like have your team on a pair of socks. Great place if you need a laugh.
If you like socks, this is the place! They have every kind of logo and humorous theme you can imagine. The sandals not so much. But it is a fun place.
This is my favorite store in Palm Springs! They have the very best selection of quality socks for everyone and the largest variety of patterns and themed socks. Best of all is Rachel who works there. She does such a great job on the displays and she knows her inventory! Socks rule and Find Your Feet is tops!
