I am amending the previous review as someone, a voice of reason, stepped up and initiated a full return for the damage cigars and also shipped a fresh box. Not sure why this turned into such the problem over such a simple issue, but thanks very much for their gesture and will definitely buy and continue buying cigars from them again. Bought a box of 50 cigars which some had wormholes and I contacted Finck cigars and asked for a partial refund if possible to cover the few cigars that had wormholes, but they wanted me to go th... read more
