Wayne was knowledgeable, helpful and generous with his time in helping me transfer my data over from a damaged phone to a new one (he had to repair the old one and my new phone had to arrive in the mail before this could be done). Total success story. My old phone was fixed. My new phone had all the data and apps transferred over. Got me in quickly, even with the holidays. Had the parts in a week (due to the holidays), and only had my phone an hour. The screen and back of the phone are new and work.

I dropped my phone over the weekend and the screen shattered and was completely unusable. I was worried I would lose access to everything I had on there and I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to this phone yet so as soon as Monday arrived I contacted Fincham's.
